control client exit nodes

Description

As a client user (not a server) I would like to be able to easily select exit nodes according to country, especially when making purchases at US web sites, which automatically reject credit card transactions from many foreign IP addresses.

Note that this is sort of the inverse of Ticket #37.

This is also a problem of sites that control your username/password and your ip

in the FAQ http://wiki.noreply.org/noreply/TheOnionRouter/TorFAQ#ChooseEntryExit

it the control-spec.txt there is ATTACHSTREAM or REDIRECTSTREAM

Ticket 37 wants to do the inverse and reject exit nodes by country.

Ticket 103 wants to exclude individual nodes.

I seem to end up exiting through the same five or six sites (or nodes) all the time. It seems to me that this is not too anonymous. I would like to be able to make a list of exit points that would not be used.

There is some initial support for this in Camilo Viecco's GSoC 2008 branch.
