Compile with only one language

Would be nice to be able to compile with only one language.

When configuring adding a extra parameter like -lang=fi and then make. You'll get a binary containing only that language.

Compiling Vidalia would be faster, the size of binary will be smaller and the memory usage would be also less.

What's the use case that would actually make this worth the effort to implement?
