Vidalia 1.2 cannot start Tor 0.2.0.26rc

OS: Windox XP SP2 RAM 1GB

Vidalia abort within the first minute of starting Tor. I tried version 1.1. It's the same.

Problem signature reported by XP: Appname: Vidalia.exe, Appversion 0.1.2.0, ModName? ssleay32.dll, ModVer? 0.0.0.0, Offset 000203a0

This works fine for me. Can you provide more information, such as a debug log? See the wiki page on reporting bugs for more information.

I'm also moving the big chunk of XML stuff to an attachment.

Just a guess, but when I had exact these symptoms on a newer version of Vidalia I traced it to an old version of OpenSSL files, which vere available through the PATH variable and Vidalia loaded them. Renaming SSLEAY32.DLL fixed the crashing.
