The Settings window does not fit on a 640x480 resolution screen

The Settings window doesn't fit in 640x480 anymore. I think that's because of the 'Network' page, when all three options are clicked. And now that the 'ok' box is down at the bottom, it means there's no way to change settings at this resolution! Not sure how best to fix.
