Problems Setting Up Tor Relay

I'm am interested in hosting a Tor Relay. I am running Windows XP, and have McAfee? Security Center Installed. I am running Tor 0.1.2.18, and Vidalia 0.0.14, and QT 4.2.3. Please help. Thank you.! Below are the log error messages I receive:

You're probably behind a router or firewall and you need to set up port forwarding so clients can reach your computer. If your McAffee Security Center blocks incoming connections, you'll need to allow ports 9001 and 9030.
