Vidalia Freezing when starting in Win2000 Pro SP4

Vidalia 0.0.13, Tried bundle and standalone same freeze problem in both

Tor-0.2.0.5-alpha-win32 standalone and tried vidalia bundle 0.1.2.15-0.0.13.exe

Fresh installation; all configuration files removed from Documents and Settings. Software firewall disabled. vidalia-bundle-0.1.1.26-0.0.7 works. Any vidalia-bundle with 0.0.12 or 0.0.13 freezes and uses 99% of processor.

Problem: Starting Vidalia 0.0.13 does not result in an icon appearing on the start bar. Processor load in the Windows task manager indicates that Vidalia is takes 99% of the processor and never stops.

Vidalia 0.0.7 does not freeze and uses a very small percent of the processor.
