change in config isnt picked up after pressing save

Moved from a ticket on Tor's bugtracker.

ls, Since I'm running the TOR-Videlia bundle (0.1.1.23_0.0.7) on my laptop I have to change the configuration file depending on my location. I'm using the Advanced tab to accomplish this. So I made two configuration files, one "house" and one "office". At the moment I change the configuration and press "Save" the change of the file isn't picked up by Tor. Also stopping starting doesn't seem to help. Only doing an Exit and restarting it enables the other configuration. Kind Regards, Derk

The problem here is that there is no way to change which config file Tor is using (specified with a -f path/to/torrc while Tor is running. Perhaps we should pop up a message box and ask users if they want to restart their Tor with the new settings? The question then becomes, if the user changed other settings, to which torrc should the new settings be written?
